Jeff founded Crazy Simple Home Buyer because helping people is more than just his profession – it’s his passion. Since 1994, he has put this passion and his skills as a Realtor and licensed attorney to use in every transaction.
Jeff also has a pilot’s license, contributes to charitable causes involving Down’s Syndrome and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kristen, and their kids. Jeff is Crazy Simple’s Managing Partner.

Kristen was raised in a real estate family and is a third generation Denver native. She graduated from the University of Colorado and is the proud mother of her and Jeff’s three school-age children.
In 2012, Kristen become a real estate agent and she and her husband have been working side-by-side ever since.
Kristen enjoys playing tennis, golf, skiing, traveling and hanging with her family and friends.

Ron joined the team in January of 2014. Ron focuses his energy on helping families avoid the rigors of the traditional Real Estate process by providing counsel and cutting through the nonsense.
Ron’s strength is understanding how to maximize their value in the market.
His friendly demeanor, yet cut-to-the-chase attitude, elevates the entire Crazy Simple organization. To know Ron is to love him.

Darren Murphy was born and raised in Colorado and the real estate industry is an integral part of his life. Darren, a Marine combat veteran, has always had a passion for helping people and he specializes in working with military veterans and first-time home buyers. When Darren isn’t pursuing his passion, he can be found going Crazy in the great outdoors.

Katie’s originally a Cali girl, but a dyed-in-the wool Broncos’ sister for over a decade. A CU Boulder grad, with a degree in finance and 10-years in mortgage lending, Katie’s obsession is helping families work the numbers…and tutoring kids in mathematics in her free time. The Crazy Simple team can’t live without Katie and beyond helping to frame the financing on every deal, she dotting the “i’s” and crossing the “t’s” for every Crazy Simple client.
